Role Overview

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Draft job descriptions and post job advertisements.
• Engage with candidates to ensure smooth communication.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA/PGDM in HR (2024/2025 batch) or graduates pursuing HR specialization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic learner with an interest in recruitment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn/job portals is a plus.
