Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will get hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes while working closely with our recruitment team to support hiring for MNC clients. This is a great opportunity to learn industry practices, sharpen your communication skills, and build a career in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
• Engage with candidates to provide updates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA/PGDM in HR (2024/2025 batch) or graduates pursuing HR specialization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
