Key Responsibilities: Execute and supervise electrical and instrumentation works at water treatment plant sites, including: o HT/LT Panels, Transformers, Cable Laying and Termination o Control Panels (VFD, Soft Starters, Star-Delta, DOL, etc.) o Cable Trays, Earthing Systems, Lighting (Indoor, Outdoor, Street Lighting) o Two Pole Structures and Electrical Distribution Setup Oversee installation and commissioning of pumping machinery, ensuring integration with control and protection systems. Supervise instrumentation works including sensor installation, control cable terminations, and PLC/SCADA integration. Perform testing and commissioning of all electrical systems, including insulation resistance, high-voltage testing, relay configuration, and protection settings. Configure and calibrate SCADA, PLC systems, protection relays, and instrumentation devices. Liaise with design, procurement, and QA/QC teams to ensure all activities align with specifications, drawings, and industry standards. Ensure proper documentation including method statements, inspection checklists, test reports, and as-built drawings.
