Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is interested in recruitment, HR operations, and people management. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end HR activities while working closely with the core HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination)

• Maintain candidate and employee records

• Support onboarding and documentation processes

• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams via email and calls

• Assist in attendance tracking and basic HR reporting

• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives

• Handle HR-related queries in a professional manner

Eligibility & Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field

• Good communication skills (verbal & written)

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

• Professional attitude with attention to confidentiality

• Willingness to learn HR processes and operations
