Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and assisting with daily HR operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people management and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records.

• Coordinate with various departments for workforce planning and employee needs.

• Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation.

• Assist in organizing training sessions, engagement activities, and performance reviews.

• Support management in developing HR policies and company culture initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and HR processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail.
