About the Role: Sysbreeze Technologies Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a well-spoken and self-assured HR Trainer (Hybrid) to manage internship-related activities and confidently represent the company during seminars. If you're passionate about communicating with students, enjoy giving presentations, and want to grow in an HR-focused role . No prior HR experience is needed – we will support your growth. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate internship programs in collaboration with colleges and internal departments. Attend and present at seminars conducted in colleges or in our company conference hall (KINFRA, Kakkanchery). Communicate effectively and confidently to large groups of students and faculty. Maintain records and feedback related to internship and seminar programs. Serve as the company’s representative during educational and internship-related events. Key Requirements: Excellent public speaking and communication skills. Confidence to present and engage in seminars independently. willingness to work in a hybrid model (both office and remote as required). Freshers with confidence and passion for public interaction can also apply. Language proficiency in Malayalam and English preferred. A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and completion of an HR course are considered an added advantage. You’ll be playing a key role in driving traffic, increasing engagement, and generating leads for our digital services. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Social Media: Manage company profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Develop and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice. SEO & Analytics: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page/off-page SEO, monitor search rankings, and use tools like Google Analytics to track performance. Email Marketing: Design and run campaigns through Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms to engage audiences and drive conversions.
