We're searching for a Talent Acquisition who's eager to dive into the world of full cycle recruitment. From spotting hidden gems to conducting interviews, this role will give you a front-row seat to the cosmic dance of talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

1. Source potential candidates from diverse job portals/ LinkedIn

2. Screen incoming resumes and application forms

3. Interview candidates (via phone)

4. Showcase job openings across the company's careers page, social media platforms, job boards, and within our rad internal network.

Requirements and Skills:

1. You'll need your personal laptop, a peaceful space to make calls, and rock-solid interview skills.

2. Make sure your smartphone has a solid internet connection so you can stay connected with us.

3. Show us your passion for the HR domain and your knowledge of the art of Recruitment.

Qualification:
