Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
  
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
  
• Handle high-volume hiring for technical and non-technical roles
  
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within TAT
  
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS / CRM systems

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant recruitment experience
  
• Staffing agency or RPO experience preferred
