  (Candidates outside this range will not be considered.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems, welfare plans, and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct HSE orientation, training, audits, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
• Implement SSOW (PTW / WMS / Risk Assessment).
• Supervise HSE activities at project sites (for Manager and Engineer roles).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards.
• Manage H2S awareness and safety programs.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications:

HSE Manager (15 Positions)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or HSE.
• NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (ADNOC approved).
• Lead Auditor ISO 45001 / ISO 14001.
• Incident Investigation Techniques.
• 12-15 years of HSE experience (5+ years in managerial role).

HSE Engineer (35 Positions)

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, or HSE.
• NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (ADNOC approved).
• Lead Auditor ISO 45001 / ISO 14001.
• Incident Investigation Techniques.
• 8-10 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas / EPC.

HSE Officer (75 Positions)

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
• NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (ADNOC approved).
• 3-5 years of HSE experience (minimum 1 year in Oil & Gas / EPC).

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and legislation.
• Experience in developing and implementing safety plans.
• Ability to conduct HSE training, audits, and inspections.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience in emergency response and risk assessments.
• H2S awareness and control measures expertise.
