We are the “we” in power – and we can empower you Lead Compliance of EHS processes and policies - Guide the construction / operations team in implementation of EHS action plans, polices, standards and initiatives to minimize risk and maximize health, safety performance by: Providing full time environmental health and safety support to the operations and ensure that all practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements. Taking charge of the concerned project zones in operational Data center Assisting EHS head in central level activities. Prepare central MIS by coordinating with all location EHS team for various Data collation Plan the EHS event calendar for the organization. Documentation Management: Ensuring complete and accurate documentation to fulfill internal/external legal and statutory requirements by: Review EHS-MS in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 as per the standard requirements time to time Ensure that legal requirements are updated timely & communicated Maintain legal register for audit related to HSE and fire requirements Monitor creation & update database of EHS assets available in the zone & to maintain the record accordingly 3. Training and Awareness: Ensure training and knowledge transfer of safety practices to maintain safety standards at site. Identification of training needs and review of training matrix Educate and train concerned employees about safe operational practices 4. Resource Management: Participate and provide site specific inputs to operations and planning team to facilitate cost-effective decisions Ensure EHS resources availability at site and facilitate site team for the same Liaison with partners to ensure that all the EHS requirement at site are complied 5. Managing Compliance: Support CM / operations team in achieving compliance by inspecting sites to carry out safety audits, incident investigations, specific risk assessments and proposing recommendations to address any issues raised Ensure that the assigned site is compliant to all EHS policies and procedures by conducting site audits as per site allocation Reviewing site EHS performance and proactively addressing issues, if any, through joint site visits with partners. Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred. Knowledge of safety requirements, fundamentals of safety education, industrial safety, risk management, and the application of data automation to the safety function highly desired. A strong understanding of the EH&S regulatory environment for their area of responsibility. Appropriate recognized Professional EH&S qualifications and memberships such as NEBOSH. Internal or External Auditor Qualifications is highly desirable. Must be willing and able to travel within UK and Europe as deemed necessary to fulfil the role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
