Role Overview:

This role is responsible for driving structured learning initiatives across Eatopia’s outlets in alignment with our operational and service excellence standards. The individual will conduct classroom and on-the-job training, ensure daily outlet-level compliance with brand and hygiene standards, and collaborate with internal teams to build effective training programs. A high level of ownership and direct engagement with the field is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

• Conduct

  classroom and on-the-job (OJT)

  training sessions as per the defined curriculum.
• Ensure training effectiveness by tracking post-training performance and feedback.

Outlet Audits & Quality Checks (Daily Visits):

• Perform

  daily outlet audits

  covering:
• Visual appeal and adherence to

  brand aesthetic standards

  .

Staff grooming, hygiene

• Quality of

  guest service and staff engagement

  .

Food quality assurance

Gap Identification & Resolution:

• Identify

  operational, training, or compliance gaps

  during visits.
• Address and close gaps on priority in coordination with Outlet Managers.

Program Development:

• Work closely with the L&D team to

  develop and enhance training modules

  , SOPs, and capability-building initiatives based on real-time field insights.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and share

  daily reports

  CEO

  and

  L&D Head

  , highlighting key observations, actions taken, and areas of improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in L&D, preferably in the

  F&B.

• Strong understanding of

  training principles

  ,

  guest experience standards

• Willingness to

  travel daily to outlet locations

  .
• Strong communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for driving frontline excellence and maintaining brand standards.
