Our mission is to make a positive impact and enhance the quality of life for our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Developer Lead located in Delhi, India. The Python Developer Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, designing, and developing back-end applications, implementing software solutions, and ensuring the efficient performance of databases. Daily tasks will include writing clean, maintainable code, collaborating with team members, and participating in code reviews. Qualifications Lead the design and development of complex backend systems using Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications. Own architecture decisions and ensure best practices in software design and development. Mentor and guide a team of developers; conduct code reviews and facilitate knowledge sharing. Design and implement robust and scalable APIs using Django and FastAPI. Work extensively with relational databases to design and manage data models, queries, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Utilize No-SQL databases, particularly MongoDB, to design and manage data structures. Integrate and manage message broker systems like RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, or IBM-MQ for efficient inter-service communication. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
