Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Developer Lead located in Delhi, India. The Python Developer Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, designing, and developing back-end applications, implementing software solutions, and ensuring the efficient performance of databases. Daily tasks will include writing clean, maintainable code, collaborating with team members, and participating in code reviews.

Qualifications

• Lead the design and development of complex backend systems using Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications.
• Own architecture decisions and ensure best practices in software design and development.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers; conduct code reviews and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Design and implement robust and scalable APIs using Django and FastAPI.
• Work extensively with relational databases to design and manage data models, queries, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Utilize No-SQL databases, particularly MongoDB, to design and manage data structures.
• Integrate and manage message broker systems like RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, or IBM-MQ for efficient inter-service communication.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
