ob Post: Lead Python Developer Job Title: Lead Python Developer Location: Kochi, Kerala, India Experience: 5+ years About Us We are a Kochi-based tech company building a large-scale, complex B2B software platform. We are hiring an experienced Lead Developer to guide our backend team and help us build a high-quality, scalable product from the ground up. The Role As the Lead Python Developer, you will be a hands-on leader for our backend team. You will be responsible for the development, performance, and scalability of our platform, which is built on a modern Python and Django-based microservices architecture. You'll mentor other developers, set high engineering standards, and work closely with our frontend and mobile teams. What You'll Be Doing Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of Python developers, manage project timelines, and conduct code reviews. Backend Development: Build and scale our backend, which is built on a Django-based microservices architecture. Database Design: Design and optimize our multi-tenant PostgreSQL databases. API Creation: Develop robust, secure, and fast APIs for our React (web) and Flutter (mobile) applications. DevOps: Oversee our deployment and infrastructure on AWS, using Docker and CI/CD pipelines. What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional experience with Python and Django . Proven experience in a technical leadership or senior mentorship role. Strong experience building and scaling complex applications (SaaS or multi-tenant experience is a big plus). Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL , including database design and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with AWS and Docker . A passion for writing clean, high-quality code and helping others do the same. Why Join Us?
