Lead Python Developer

As a Lead Python Developer at Luxsh Technologies, your primary responsibility will be overseeing software development projects, designing and implementing microservices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be coding, debugging, and optimizing applications, ensuring code quality, and guiding junior developers. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system. - Understand threading limitations of Python and multi-process architecture. - Ensure accessibility and security compliance depending on the project. - Implement user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments. - Apply fundamental design principles for scalable applications. - Utilize event-driven programming in Python. - Optimize output for different delivery platforms (e.g., mobile vs desktop). - Develop database schemas that support business processes. - Demonstrate strong unit test and debugging skills. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E. (Any Specialization), B.Sc (Any Specialization), or BCA (Computers). - 7+ years of experience in Python with 2+ years in Django/Flask Framework. - Proficiency in Python and at least one Python web framework (e.g., Django, Flask). - Hands-on experience in MongoDB/NoSQL databases.
