Learning And Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D)- Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in campus engagement, technical learning path development, and vendor management within the IT industry. Additionally, exposure to AI in L&D and strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Engagement & Talent Development: • Lead and manage campus training programs, ensuring seamless collaboration with academic institutions. • Develop and implement campus training initiatives to enhance the technical and soft skills of new hires.

Technical Learning & Skill Development: • Design and curate technical learning paths aligned with business needs. • Leverage AI-based learning solutions to enhance L&D programs. • Stay updated on emerging technologies to integrate them into training programs. • Training delivery shall be an added advantage.

Vendor Management: • Manage relationships with freelance trainers and digital learning partners (e.g., Udemy, Coursera, etc.). • Negotiate contracts and oversee the quality of training content and delivery.

L&D Strategy & Execution: • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and design impactful learning solutions. • Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions through various modes (virtual, in-person, blended). • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development within the IT industry. • Strong expertise in campus hiring and engagement. • Proven ability to design and implement technical learning paths. • Experience in handling freelance and digital training vendors. • Basic knowledge of AI applications in L&D. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
