As a hands-on, techno-functional Learning Leader at Peoplefy, your role will involve translating business goals, product releases, and customer needs into learning experiences that accelerate readiness and growth. With over 10 years of experience, you will be based in either Trivandrum or Thirvanthapuram. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy & Execution: - Design and operationalize Enterprise Learning strategy for internal and external learning. - Align learning to business outcomes, product velocity, and client enablement. - Define role-based pathways for Product, Tech, Cloud, and Customer Enablement teams. - Content & Digital Learning: - Create engaging content across technical, functional, and behavioral domains. - Utilize tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, and AI-powered content engines. - Drive monthly product learning updates and introduce creative learning methods like storytelling and gamification. - Learning Technology & Analytics: - Manage and enhance LMS + SharePoint Hub for users. - Personalize learning journeys with AI assistant and intelligent search. - Track learning impact through dashboards and ROI metrics. - Stakeholder & Team Enablement: - Embed learning in product lifecycle stages. - Mentor L&D team and deliver programs hands-on. - Build partnerships for client certification and enablement programs. - Culture & Communication: - Promote a culture of continuous learning. - Design and deliver learning communications to boost engagement. - Advise leadership on capability development and AI-driven learning innovation. Internal Qualifications & Experience: - 10+ years in Learning & Development, with 5 years in a senior role in SaaS, product, or platform company. - Strong techno-functional grounding in software product cycles, cloud (Azure), and AI. - Ability to design digital learning strategies aligned with business goals. - Familiarity with LMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and AI content tools. - Understanding of learning ecosystems and edtech trends.
