Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
Develop training programs and materials to address identified needs.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to deliver effective training sessions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
Provide guidance on organizational development initiatives to improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
