Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop training programs and materials to address identified needs.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to deliver effective training sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide guidance on organizational development initiatives to improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
