Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in content development, instructional design, and content delivery. Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective learning content for various formats, including e-learning modules, videos, documents, and interactive materials. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and performance improvement methodologies. Proficiency in content development tools and software. Role Prerequisites: Minimum 10 Years Of Relevant Experience In L&D. Experience in organizational development and Leadership development of at least 4-5 years. A good number of experience in leading content development and delivery is essential.
