Key Responsibilities

all-rounder

• Social Media Management

  – Handle day-to-day posting, content planning, engagement, and reporting.

• Strategy Support

  – Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital + offline).

• Community Management

  – Manage customer interactions, respond to reviews, and build online reputation.

• CRM & WhatsApp Business

  – Execute CRM campaigns, handle WhatsApp Business communication, and track results.

• Performance Tracking

  – Assist in analyzing campaign effectiveness, generating reports, and recommending improvements.

• Collaboration

  – Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

• On-ground Marketing

  – Support events, launches, and brand activations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in

  digital marketing / brand marketing / social media

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms

  .
• Experience in

  CRM tools, reviews management, and WhatsApp Business marketing

  .
• Creative thinking with basic content writing and visual briefing skills.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines.
