Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Market Expansion

• Develop and implement strategies to expand Eatopia’s QSR footprint across Mumbai.
• Identify and execute new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Drive outlet-level performance with focus on revenue growth and profitability.

Multi-Unit Operations Leadership

• Oversee daily operations across multiple QSR outlets, ensuring consistency in service and efficiency.
• Monitor P&L, budgets, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Standardize processes and streamline operations for scalability.

People & Performance Management

• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing outlet managers and teams.
• Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer-first thinking.
• Create a talent pipeline to support future outlet openings and expansion.

Brand Standards & Customer Experience

• Maintain brand identity and ensure consistent customer experience across all outlets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Implement feedback-driven improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

• 10+ years

  of proven experience in QSR / multi-unit / regional management with demonstrated business growth achievements.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in QSR / restaurant management software and reporting tools.
