Regional Manager Home Services
This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, cross-functional coordination, and extensive experience managing partner ecosystems in a hyperlocal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Business Ownership
- Own the regional P&L and category strategy across multiple citiesincluding growth, supply-demand balance, pricing, service offering, and customer experience indicators (NPS, Ratings).
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competition benchmarking, and customer insights.
- Drive structured regional reviews with data-backed decisions to ensure sustained growth and high service quality.
Partner Ecosystem Management
- Build, scale, and strengthen a high-quality partner network across all service categories.
- Drive partner lifecycle management including onboarding, training, performance, compliance, and retention.
- Ensure optimized partner supply across cities to meet demand and ensure service reliability.
Operations & Performance Excellence
- Create and monitor regional dashboards to track daily/weekly/monthly business performance.
- Lead initiatives to improve unit economicsreduce costs, improve margins, and enforce process adherence.
- Implement SOPs, conduct audits, and ensure category operations meet NoBroker standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Central & Regional teamsMarketing, CX, Procurement, Product, Tech, Training, and Operations—to execute large-scale initiatives.
- Represent regional requirements, customer feedback, and partner insights to influence product and process improvements.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor city/category managers and operational teams across the region.
- Build capability through structured coaching, performance reviews, and training interventions.
- Ensure team productivity, adherence to KPIs, and culture alignment.
Customer Experience & Quality
- Act as the customer voice—evaluate feedback, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions.
- Introduce best practices and continuous improvement programs to elevate service excellence.
- Innovate and pilot new initiatives to strengthen NoBroker’s leadership in Home Services.
Who Are We Looking For?
7+ years of experience
in Home Services, Consumer-Tech, Marketplace, E-commerce, or Hyperlocal business ecosystems. Minimum 2 years of proven team-handling experience
managing city/category teams. - Strong understanding and hands-on experience working with a
partner/vendor ecosystem
. - Excellent analytical skills—data interpretation, business insights, and performance presentations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability using structured and first-principles thinking.
- A strong ownership mindset, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and hands-on execution capability.
- Experience in multi-city or regional business management is preferred.
