Job Summary: The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of Tovo Infused Chicken Restaurant. This role involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining operational standards, and driving profitability. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive environment and ensuring the restaurant delivers high-quality food and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cleanliness Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase revenue Analyse sales and performance metrics to improve efficiency and profitability Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork and employee engagement Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions Understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes Passion for delivering exceptional customer service What We Offer: · Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. · Dynamic work environment with a talented and passionate team. · Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding global restaurant chain.
