Role Description


We are seeking a full-time, on-site Restaurant General Manager (RGM) for Bharathiya, located in Hyderabad. The RGM will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving the overall success of the establishment. This position requires a dynamic leader who can manage P&L, maintain high standards of service, and foster a positive work environment for staff.


Key Responsibilities:


  • P&L Management

    : Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction

    : Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing any guest concerns promptly.
  • Staff Management

    : Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Operational Excellence

    : Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Marketing and Promotions

    : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Inventory Management

    : Oversee inventory control, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and waste is minimized.
  • Compliance

    : Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in P&L management, budgeting, and hiring within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a vegetarian or Indian cuisine restaurant.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
