Restaurant General Manager

A Restaurant General Manager (GM) oversees all daily operations, ensuring profitability, exceptional customer service, and smooth functioning by managing staff (hiring, training, motivating), controlling finances (budgets, P&L), maintaining quality/hygiene, handling marketing/promotions, and optimizing overall guest experience and business performance, balancing strategic vision with hands-on leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Operations: Supervise all daily activities, from opening to closing; ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Financial Management: Analyze sales, create budgets, control costs, manage inventory, and report on financial performance.
• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, motivate, and develop all restaurant personnel (kitchen, bar, front-of-house).
• Customer Experience: Address complaints, solicit feedback, manage reservations, and ensure high service standards.
• Marketing & Sales: Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue, promote events, and attract customers.
• Supplier & Vendor Relations: Order supplies, manage inventory, and negotiate with vendors.
• Leadership: Drive positive workplace culture, set service expectations, and lead by example.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven management experience in hospitality.
• Strong financial acumen and business sense.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
