Responsibilities

• Lead the

  end-to-end empanelment process

  with both e-commerce and Q-commerce platforms for our food SKUs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers, partner POCs, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate listing of products, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and stock availability.
• Negotiate commercials, trade margins, and drive marketing campaigns/promotions.
• Monitor platform performance metrics: fill rate, returns, revenue, visibility, etc.
• Identify sales opportunities and work on

  category expansion

  and

  new product launches

• Ensure smooth backend operations — integration with supply chain and last-mile logistics partners.
• Stay on top of quick commerce trends and suggest innovative initiatives to improve reach and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3–6 years of experience in business development, key accounts, or category roles in

  FMCG, food, or D2C

• Prior experience working with platforms like

  Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket Now

  , etc.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of the quick commerce ecosystem and consumer behavior.
• Hands-on experience with sales data, P&L, and platform dashboards (Swiggy Genie, Blinkit Partner Portal, etc.).
• Hustler mindset with a strong ownership mentality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Cross-functional coordination – Sales, Marketing, Ops, Supply Chain.
