Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates, maintaining communication throughout.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide informed advice to organization and candidates.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
