◦Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.◦Strong organizational and time-management abilities.◦Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.◦ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).◦Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency.◦Familiarity with sourcing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
◦ Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.◦ Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company websites.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, resume databases).◦ Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.◦ Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.◦Manage offer process including salary negotiations and pre-employment requirements.◦ Track and report key recruitment metrics
