Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and Additional responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, conducting interviews, and collaborating with department managers to identify hiring needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Determine staffing requirements.
• Craft job descriptions tailored to the open positions in the organization.
• Establish an effective recruitment strategy.
• Form a network of potential candidates through social media and other channels.
• Evaluate applicants through screening and interviews.
• Present top contenders to management for ultimate decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good writing and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Previous experience as an HR Recruiter (for experienced candidates).
• Proficiency in using resume databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and referral programs.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
