With a 10,000 sq. ft. experience center in Gurgaon and a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Manesar, we have successfully delivered over 1200 residential projects across 24 cities in 7 states. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Offline Marketing Manager to lead BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities, build brand visibility, andmost importantly— generate consistent leads through architect/Designer network development. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys on-ground marketing, meeting new people, and driving sales support through relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: Visit architect and interior designer offices regularly to build strong working relationships Pitch our brand and product offerings to architects and generate qualified lead Maintain a consistent follow-up mechanism with the architect network Plan and execute offline campaigns including exhibitions, society activations, and studio events Develop partnerships with builders, societies, and designer communities Organize and manage in-studio walkthroughs, experience sessions, and branding events Coordinate print media, brochures, standees, and other marketing materials Collaborate with the sales team to track conversions and measure campaign ROI Conduct market analysis to stay updated with industry and competitor trends Manage vendor coordination for events, branding collaterals, and outreach tools Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields Minimum 3-5 years of experience in offline marketing (home interiors or real estate preferred) Proven experience in building relationships and lead generation through channel partners (architects, designers) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven with a proactive attitude toward fieldwork Familiarity with Gurgaon/Delhi NCR market and existing architect network is a big plus What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a luxury modular brand in a fast-growing segment Dynamic work culture with leadership exposure Fixed salary + performance-based incentives on leads and conversions Professional development and on-ground marketing experience
