Customer Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Oasis Studio, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between the execution team and customer care department. Your role will involve assisting the execution manager throughout the project lifecycle and supervising the post-installation customer care team to maintain our commitment to exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the execution manager to facilitate smooth project execution, coordinating with the execution team to schedule installations, managing the post-installation customer care team to address customer concerns, and resolving customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships, collecting and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing regular reports to senior management are key aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in customer service, project management, or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in relevant software tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
