Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Seera Pind, Rahon Road, Ludhiana

Job Description:
We are looking for a CRM / Order Coordination Executive for our knitted fabric manufacturing unit. The role primarily involves tracking and managing the status of running orders and ensuring smooth coordination between internal production departments to meet delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily tracking of running orders and production status
• Regular follow-ups with internal departments including:
• Knitting
• Dyeing
• Finishing
• Ensuring production timelines are adhered to and identifying delays proactively
• Coordinating with production teams to improve production speed and workflow efficiency
• Maintaining order-wise records, updates, and reporting to management
• Acting as a communication bridge between production teams and management
• Basic coordination with external knitting/dyeing units, if required

Required Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience or working knowledge of knitted fabrics is mandatory
• Good understanding of knitting, dyeing, and finishing processes
• Familiarity with multiple knitting-related companies and vendors is an advantage
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple running orders simultaneously
• Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, order tracking)

Eligibility:

• Must have a reliable commute and be willing to travel daily to Seera Pind, Rahon Road, Ludhiana
• Experience in textile / knitted fabric industry preferred
