Fabric Supervisor and Dispatcher– Knitted Textile Manufacturing A seasoned Fabric Supervisor with proven experience in the knitted fabric industry , bringing a sharp focus on production efficiency, process accuracy, and product quality . Skilled at managing end-to-end operations , from production planning and machine coordination to quality control, client handling, and dispatch. Recognized for combining technical expertise with practical management to achieve optimal results in a high-pressure manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of fabric behavior, dyeing dynamics, and post-processing requirements , with the ability to troubleshoot on the floor and make real-time decisions to avoid production delays or quality rejections. Technical & Operational Expertise: Production & Process Management – Planning and executing daily schedules across departments (knitting, dyeing, finishing), monitoring KPIs and output efficiency Quality Control & Compliance – Conducting in-process checks and lab validations to ensure adherence to quality standards, specs, and testing protocols Supply Chain & Logistics Optimization – Aligning with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely raw material inflow and finished goods dispatch Tracking lot-wise production, consumption, wastage, and lead times with accurate reporting Final Inspection & Packing: At the final stage, each lot undergoes: Visual inspection under controlled lighting to detect defects like shade variation, uneven dyeing, or fabric damage Shade matching with lab-approved standards (shade bands) for customer consistency Roll-wise packing and tagging with clear batch numbers, shade references, and dispatch instructions Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,928.03 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have in fabric manufacturing, particularly with knitted fabrics?
