We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Capital Market) to spearhead client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth initiatives. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Growth: Identify, onboard, and manage high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, corporate treasuries, and institutional investors. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by offering customized investment solutions and proactive support. Capital Market Expertise: Provide expert guidance on a wide range of capital market instruments including IPOs, Bonds, Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds), etc. Revenue Generation: Drive business growth through strategic sales planning, client referrals, and cross-selling financial products. ________________________________________ Requirements: Experience: 4–8 years of proven experience in Capital Markets/Wealth Management/Financial Advisory/Real Estate. Network: A strong and active network of HNIs, family offices, corporate decision-makers, or institutional investors is mandatory.
