Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across departments — design, sales, operations, and factory teams. You’ll ensure every hire aligns with our company culture of excellence, creativity, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (designers, BDMs, site supervisors, admin, factory staff, etc.).
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Internshala, and referrals.
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, shortlisting candidates based on skill and cultural fit.
• Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with management on hiring status and weekly reporting.
• Plan employer branding initiatives and career postings on social media.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in interior design, architecture, manufacturing, or retail sector).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of talent acquisition trends and employer branding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
