Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our team. The Purchase Manager will oversee the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of goods to ensure the seamless operations of TOVO India's outlets. The ideal candidate will develop efficient systems, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure cost optimization while adhering to quality and safety standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning and Management

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with TOVO’s business objectives.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and optimize processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Anticipate market trends and adjust procurement strategies to maintain competitive advantage.


Procurement and Vendor Management

  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Build strong vendor relationships and evaluate performance based on delivery, cost, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards.


Inventory and Logistics Optimization

  • Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages across all TOVO QSR outlets.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Implement technologies and practices to streamline Purchasing operations.

Cost Management

  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities throughout the supply chain.
  • Monitor budgets and maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to forecast demand and align Purchase plans.
  • Ensure alignment of supply chain operations with overall business goals.


Key Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

·      5+ years of experience in Purchase, preferably in the QSR or food & beverage industry.

·      Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·      Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems.

·      Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

·      Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the food industry.
