Job Description

Assistant Sales

You will be responsible for:

Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for rooms, events, packages, etc.
Generating new business leads through corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, event planners, and other relevant channels.
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business & referrals.
Conducting site inspections, sales calls, client meetings, and follow ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts; negotiating rates and terms in coordination with Sales Manager.
Monitoring competitor activities, market trends and providing feedback for improving offerings and pricing.
Collaborating with other departments (front office, events, food & beverage, operations) to ensure seamless execution of events and guest expectations.
Managing and tracking sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting performance metrics.
Representing Lore Resort at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events.
Ensuring all sales communications (emails, presentations, visits) reflect the brands ethos and high standards

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality/resort sales or relevant field.
Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and client servicing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good understanding of the hospitality market, competition, pricing strategies.
Selfmotivated, goaloriented, with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools or booking/order tracking systems is a plus.
Flexibility to travel for client meetings, events etc., if required.
