Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Procurement Strategy & Vendor Management

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with resort objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for F&B, housekeeping, engineering, consumables, linen, amenities, etc.

Purchasing Operations

Oversee daily procurement activities; review purchase indents and approve POs.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, documentation, and audit standards.

Inventory & Store Management

Oversee and supervise store operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, and stock tracking.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and hygiene standards for perishables.

System & Reporting

Implement and manage inventory control systems.
Prepare and present MIS reports on purchasing trends, consumption, vendor performance, and cost savings.
Coordinate with Finance for budgeting, payments, GRN validation, and audit compliance.
