Divine Lights is a 10yr old brand based in Pune. Predominantly present in Maharashtra and other zones. The company has raised big capital to expand the brand nationally. In the next 18 months our plan is to explore the brand in every state in India.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team and manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components required for our production and sales operations, maintaining quality and vendor reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and onboard reliable suppliers for LED components, lighting fixtures, and electrical accessories.

Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) as per production and inventory requirements.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.

Coordinate with production, design, and sales teams to forecast material requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability without overstocking.

Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.

Ensure quality compliance of procured materials as per Divine Lights standards.

Track supplier performance, lead times, and procurement KPIs.

Explore market trends, new products, and alternative suppliers to support business growth.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Knowledge of LED lighting components, drivers, and electrical accessories

Understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and costing

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (SAP, Tally, Keka, or similar)

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Work Timings:

Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Commerce, or related field

Diploma/Certification in Procurement or Materials Management is a plus

Experience Required:

2 to 5 years in procurement/purchase, preferably in lighting, electrical, or manufacturing industry
