1. Strategic Sourcing

• Comply with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements
  

7. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, legal)

8. Risk & Sustainability Management

• Identify supply chain risks and mitigation plans
  
• Promote sustainable and responsible sourcing
  
• Support ESG and corporate responsibility goals
  

9. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare procurement reports and dashboards
