As a Sales Manager at Gramiyaa, your role will involve driving growth with existing distributors and leading the expansion into new distribution partnerships across key international markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting sales targets and store availability targets with existing distributors. - Executing trade marketing activities across priority stores. - Effectively launching new products in the region. - Finding and establishing new distributors for other markets. To excel in this role, the following qualifications are preferred: - 5+ years of experience working with Indian ethnic stores and their distributors. - Prior experience in launching new geographies and new products. - An active visa for the US, Canada, and the UK is a plus. Responsibilities Maintain records in factory Manage cash, factory payments and finance activities at Factory Assist with Statutory filings and compliances at HO Implement Budgeting, Reporting to senior management Liaison with accountants and auditors in Month end closure and yearly audits Coordinate with factory and warehousing departments to ensure adherence to processes Manage invoicing, expense reports, and financial statements Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions Execute invoicing for clients and enforce credit control policies Other ad-hoc tasks Willing to spend 1 week every month at Bangalore Head office Qualifications & exp Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
