We are looking for an experienced procurement professional with strong civil subcontracting expertise.The role involves vendor identification, taking quotations, negotiation, contract finalization, and ensuring subcontractor performance across our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and shortlist civil subcontractors as per project requirements.
Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs/RFIs to qualified subcontractors.
Review quotations and conduct vendor pre-qualification (technical, financial, project history).
Negotiate pricing, scope, timelines, and contract terms to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Draft, review, and finalize subcontract agreements in line with project and legal standards.
Manage change orders, variations, and updates to subcontract scope.
Monitor subcontractor performance, quality compliance, safety adherence, and work progress.
Resolve issues, delays, and bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.
Track subcontractor costs and ensure alignment with overall project budgets.
Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and site teams for seamless delivery.
