Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented PEGA Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA support and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of PEGA architecture and application behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Pega applications, including incident resolution and service request fulfillment.
  • Monitor application performance and system health using tools like PDC, logs.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to case flows, rule execution, integrations, and UI behavior.
  • Collaborate with Development and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document support procedures, known issues, and resolutions in the knowledge base.
  • Assist in deployment validation, smoke testing, and post-release monitoring.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, security policies, and audit requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end users to provide timely updates and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 + years of experience in PEGA support.
  • PEGA CSA Certification.
  • Strong understanding of PEGA PRPC architecture, case management, and rule resolution.
  • Experience in troubleshooting PEGA applications, logs, and performance issues.
  • Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience with PEGA CLM/KYC frameworks
  • Knowledge of financial services domain and regulatory compliance
  • Exposure to PEGA Deployment Manager, DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to PEGA Diagnostic Cloud
  • PEGA CSSA certification
