Key Responsibilities: Lead Azure cloud architecture (IaaS, PaaS, security, governance) and manage our expanding Azure footprint. Design and implement critical edge computing solutions, specifically Azure Stack HCI, for the manufacturing plant. Manage and support end-user computing environments leveraging Microsoft Intune, Azure AD/Entra, and Microsoft 365 to ensure secure and seamless user access. Partner closely with SIs/vendors to vet and influence infrastructure designs, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and operational needs. Establish and enforce infrastructure standards, guardrails, and cost optimization strategies from day one, ensuring vendor adherence. Develop and oversee robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans across all environments. Drive infrastructure automation and act as the primary escalation point for complex infra issues. Plan and prepare to lead an in-house infrastructure team as the organization scales and transitions from vendor dependency. Manage key vendor relationships for cloud, hardware, and managed services, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision. Key Skills: Deep expertise in Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Identity, Security); proven experience with Azure Stack HCI and edge solutions. Good understanding of end-user services, including Microsoft Intune, Active Directory/Entra ID, and/or Microsoft 365 administration.
