Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. IT Support & Troubleshooting Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and printer issues. Troubleshoot and resolve user queries related to desktops, laptops, and email access. Coordinate with senior engineers for escalation and resolution of complex issues. 2. Network & Infrastructure Support Assist in the configuration and monitoring of routers, switches, and access points. Support LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network health checks. Help maintain network cabling and patching in server/network rooms. 3. System Administration Assist in user creation, password resets, and group assignments in Active Directory. Support operating system installation, patching, and application deployments. Monitor antivirus (e.g., Seqrite) status and update logs across endpoints. 4. Asset & Inventory Management Maintain records of IT hardware and software assets. Coordinate installation, movement, or replacement of IT equipment. 5. Documentation Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and daily activities. Document basic SOPs and FAQs for internal use. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with Active Directory, IP addressing, and endpoint security tools. Understanding of LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi configuration is a plus. Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
