Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the entire hiring process, from job postings and interviewing to onboarding new employees. Employee Relations: Addressing employee issues, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and safety standards. Training and Development: Implementing training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge. Performance Management: Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and developing performance plans. Compensation and Benefits: Managing salaries, wages, bonuses, and benefits programs. Administrative Tasks: Maintaining personnel files, managing attendance, and handling administrative tasks. Industrial Relations: Working with unions and addressing labor relations issues. Project Planning and Execution: Participating in HR projects like talent acquisition and employee wellness initiatives. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Addressing HR-related challenges and developing solutions. Collaboration and Communication: Working with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with employees. Qualifications: Master degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
