As an Exim (Export-Import) professional, your primary responsibility will revolve around overseeing the export and import processes of our jewelry products. This pivotal role entails ensuring strict adherence to DGFT regulations, collaborating with customs officials and freight forwarders, and meticulously handling all documentation procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess prior experience in managing export and import operations, inclusive of customs clearance and document management. A profound understanding of international trade regulations, particularly DGFT compliance requirements, is essential. Your role will also demand exceptional coordination and communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite is a prerequisite, coupled with strong analytical abilities and a knack for problem-solving. The capacity to work autonomously, even under stringent deadlines, is crucial for this position. While not mandatory, any previous exposure to the jewelry industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered a valuable asset for this role.,

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities • Heading the function of HR of the unit with overall responsibility of developing and managing the human resources of the unit • Managing general HR practices such as Recruitment, Staffing, Performance Management System, Staff Orientation, Training & Development, Welfare and Benefits administration. • Playing employee champion role Handling employees grievances • Industrial relations - Maintaining industrial harmony • Disciplinary issues • Statutory compliance & Contract Labour Management • Liaison with Govt. authorities of Factories department, Labour department etc. • Driving Rewards and Recognition Program in the unit Qualification • M.A. (Sociology) / MSW / MBA from any institute of repute • 10 to 15 years of HR experience. • Should have experience in jewellery manufacturing unit • Should be effective in Verbal, Written and Local language (Hindi and English). Knowledge on Marati will be an added advantage • He needs to be a people-oriented person. • Exposure to Industrial relations environment • Knowledge to handle disciplinary actions • Exposure to handling Contract labour • The personnel must be in a position to balance the organisational needs as well as employee needs, by preventing any conflicting situation inside the plant • Should have the ability to develop effective relationship with internal and external forums and bodies.
