Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors to our office with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Managing front desk operations, including handling phone calls, mail, and appointments.
  • Maintaining a welcoming and tidy reception area.
  • Supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
  • Managing meeting rooms ,scheduling and upkeep.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Any Graduate with a diploma or degree in any discipline.
  • We are looking for a confident and well-presented professional with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a strong sense of ownership in creating a positive first impression.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
