Key Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram – Feed, Stories, Reels). • Develop and optimize full-funnel paid media strategies to generate leads and drive conversions. • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and competitor benchmarking. • Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and Cost per Lead (CPL) while maintaining quality. • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics tools. • Implement retargeting campaigns to convert warm leads into paying customers. • Collaborate with content/design teams to ensure high-quality ad creatives and landing pages. • Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, bidding strategies, and platform updates. • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels.
