1) Achieving budgeted targets of production & quality of the CRM & Pickling.
2) Monitoring process parameters & taking corrective actions whenever there is a deviation.
3) Controlling non-conforming products, preparing the unit CRM arising report.
4) Ensuring Safety, Housekeeping and disposal & controlling waste.
5) Maintaining necessary spares & consumables from stores.
6) Ensuring timely completion of capital shutdown, maintaining ISO documentation related to the mill.
7) Minimize pickling loss by use of max speed.
8) Maintaining acid consumption by proper planning and speed of line as per plan.
9) Maintain bath concentration & temperature.
10) Minimize down time.
11) Planning of Men, Machine & material to achieve high output levels.
12) To achieve a set quality standard in products & processes.
Qualification: B. Tech
Experience: 10-15 Years
